We got our start as an offline community, hosting monthly events for women to learn about mental health through  discussions about nutrition, relationships, finance, and culture. Now we’re building the modern guide to mental health online.

“When we think of cardiac health, we think of strengthening an organ, the heart,” says Drew Ramsey, a psychiatrist in New York. “We need to start thinking of strengthening another organ, the brain, when we think of mental health.” 

There are many ways to do this, from the food you put on your plate to the information you consume.  The goal of The Know is to strengthen your brain with the knowledge you need to practice good mental health.
